These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the generally applicable laws of the Republic of Poland. They define the rules for using the website available at www.candleboxfactory.com (hereinafter: the “Website”) and the rights and obligations of Users and of Fidelio – Gift Factory Sp. z o.o., the entity operating the Website.
Using the Website requires acceptance of these Terms.
I. DEFINITIONS
E-mail Address – an IT system identifier enabling electronic communication.
Cookies – text files stored on the User’s device to ensure proper functioning of the Website.
Personal Data – information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person processed by the Service Provider.
Contact Form – a form used to submit inquiries regarding the offer.
Terms – these Terms and Conditions.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Website – the website operated by the Service Provider at www.candleboxfactory.com.
ICT System – cooperating devices and software enabling processing and transmission of data.
Electronic Communication Means – technical solutions enabling communication at a distance.
Goods – gift sets offered by the Service Provider, about which inquiries may be submitted.
Agreement – an agreement for electronic services concluded upon acceptance of these Terms or actual use of the Website.
Services – free services provided via the Website.
User – any person or entity using the Website.
Service Provider – Fidelio – Gift Factory Sp. z o.o., ul. Parkowa 1B, 05-110 Jabłonna, NIP 5253014549.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Website provides only free services, including:
browsing content,
submitting inquiries via the contact form.
The User is obliged to comply with these Terms from the moment they begin using the Website.
The Service Provider holds copyright to all materials published on the Website.
III. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Website, the User must have:
Internet access,
a web browser supporting HTML and cookies,
an active e-mail account.
The Service Provider uses cookies to ensure proper functioning of the Website.
IV. SENDING AN INQUIRY
Submitting an inquiry is free of charge.
To submit an inquiry, the User must complete the contact form providing:
first and last name,
company name,
phone number,
e-mail address,
information on expected quantity and budget.
By submitting the form, the User declares that the provided data are true and complete.
The Service Provider will respond to the inquiry by e-mail.
V. B2B PURCHASES
After receiving an offer, the User may place an order by e-mail at
contact@candleboxfactory.com.For B2B orders the User provides:
first and last name,
company name and address,
tax number,
type and quantity of ordered gift sets.
If the User commissions shipment to third-party recipients, they provide:
recipient name and delivery address.
Terms of delivery and pricing are agreed individually.
VI. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Service Provider may temporarily suspend services for maintenance.
The User must not submit unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
The Service Provider may remove any content violating these Terms.
VII. LIABILITY
The Service Provider is not liable for:
damages caused by misuse of the Website,
interruptions caused by factors beyond its control,
incorrect data provided by the User.
VIII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR.

IX. AGREEMENT TERMINATION
The Agreement is concluded upon use of the Website and terminates upon completion of the service.
X. COMPLAINTS
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail.

XI. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms are effective as of 18 November 2020.
The Service Provider may amend the Terms and will inform Users of any changes.
Any disputes shall be settled by a Polish common court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office.
